- All slate coasters are coated with a scratch-resistant food-safe coating
The coasters are not sold in other quantities, but you can purchase as many sets of (4) as you'd like.

Expect some coasters to be thicker than others, and some corners will be 'chipped' and not square. This is how the coasters are supposed to be, this is how they are made.
